Injector Calibration


Injector calibration:
Stock Injector: Stock/Old injector size in cc (1 cc/min = 0.095 lbs/hr)
New Injector: New injector size in cc
Overall fuel: Adds/Removes total fuel amount in all maps in %
Injector Offset:
Cranking Trim: Adds/Removes fuel amount in % during cranking
Post Start Trim: Adds/Removes fuel amount in % after the engine has started ( during post start routine )
TPS Tip-in: Adds/Removes fuel amount in % during high change of rate of TPS

Battery Voltage:
Presets: A drop down list of injectors that have predefined data
Voltage: Voltage range for the injector offsets
Offset (ms): Injector dead-time in ms

Injector Phase:
Injector Phase Cold Low Load: Injector Opening Time in Engine Degrees when the Engine is Cold at Low Load
Injector Phase Cold High Load: Injector Opening Time in Engine Degrees when the Engine is Cold at High Load
Injector Phase Hot Low Load: Injector Opening Time in Engine Degrees when the Engine is Hot at Low Load
Injector Phase Hot High Load: Injector Opening Time in Engine Degrees when the Engine is Hot at High Load

Post Start Fuel Rate of Decay: 
How fast/slow the post start enrichment will wear off
Step: Number of steps

Decay(%): Percentage of Post Start Fuel Rate
